I baked green tea bread to match the red and color of salami. Slice the bread and cut off the edges, and prepare it by rolling it with a rolling pin.

Cut the string cheese lengthwise and deeply, finely chop the black olives and insert them in between.

Place sliced salami on top of bread and flip over string cheese + black olives.

If you put a wrap under the bread and roll it, it rolls well. Roll it up and leave it for a while,

Mix mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt together, shred cabbage as thin as possible, and shred 2 slices of salami as long as possible.

Pour the dressing on the cabbage and salami and mix lightly to complete the salad.
STEP 7/7
The salami cheese roll was cut into 1.5cm thick pieces and stuck in the skewer, but the string cheese is hard, so it cracks when you put in the skewer.. When you eat it, you can cut it as much as you want.
