Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
For meat, it is better to chop it yourself than to use commercially available condensed meat, but for those who are not easy to cut, use semi-geun condensed meat and chop only half-geun with a knife.

Put everything in according to the recipe. Grind the garlic and chop the onions and chives. Add 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, and season lightly with 1 teaspoon of salt. (I personally use soy sauce with salt)

I pressed it in a round shape and adjusted the size to make it look golden. When making hamburger steak, make it thick, and when you're making pancake, make it thin and wide.
