I put sesame oil, soy sauce, green onion, and sesame into the golden eggplant and stir-fry it.

It's well-fried. I thought the eggplant would be too salty if I stir-fry it with soy sauce from the beginning, so I added the seasoning after frying it once. You can adjust the soy sauce to suit your taste.
