STEP 1/3
Cut each vegetable into bite-size pieces. When the ingredients are ready, stir-fry onions, potatoes, and carrots in olive oil first. If you don't have olive oil, just stir-fry it with cooking oil.
STEP 2/3
Stir-fry each ingredient and bring to a boil with 2 cups of water. When the vegetables are cooked, add canned chicken breast and mushroom and boil them together. There's chicken breast in here, so it's better to use spicy curry to control the greasy taste. When it starts to boil, add curry powder and boil it again.
