First, cut the green onions 1 and 1/2 into 4cm long pieces and divide them into 3~4 pieces. Chop the onions, slice the cheongyang peppers sideways, and slice the whole garlic thinly.

Cut the rest of the green onions into thin slices. I added more fragrant perilla leaves.

Add 2 1/2 cups of water (or boiled water) to this, and when it starts to boil, add the ramen noodles together and bring to a boil.
