Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash salmon in hot water once.
STEP 2/4
Place onions, enoki mushrooms, and salmon cut into a saucepan. And red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon each! And perilla oil for salmon ssamjang!! It's more savory and heavy with 2 tablespoons of perilla oil. Add 1 tablespoon of plum extract to make it slightly sweet and savory with sesame seeds!
STEP 3/4
Pour in about half a cup of water. You don't have to put too much water because the onions are moist. Then bring to a boil slowly.
STEP 4/4
The moisture gets more and more dry and it gets scared. And add the peppers at the end. Don't put it in if you're just going to enjoy it savoryly!
