I know barley is good for your health, but it's not sticky and has a rough texture, so I don't eat it with kkongbori rice, but I think I mix it with rice little by little. However, when I make and mix Gangdoenjang, I think barley rice mixed with barley is delicious.^^ I made rice by mixing half and half with rice using Halmaek. While regular barley takes a long time to cook rice and requires a lot of water, Halmaek has the advantage of being cooked well like regular rice.
