Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Dip pork ribs in cold water to drain the blood. Please change the water in between.
STEP 2/3
When the blood of the pork ribs is almost drained, drain and boil water in a pot and add bay leaves + cloves + whole pepper roe to suit. Add the blood drained pork ribs and blanch. Rinse the blanched pork ribs in cold water to remove excess impurities, and make cuts in places like that. If the children are very young, it's okay to cut them into small pieces. Add the pre-made sauce and marinate for about an hour. I made it in advance and ate it the next day.
STEP 3/3
Put the marinated pork ribs in a pot and put the vegetables on top of them and pour water to boil. When it boils up, lower the heat a little and boil it.
