Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces and prepare them.
STEP 2/4
Prepare spaghetti noodles by boiling water with a pinch of salt and a pinch of olive oil for about 10 minutes. Prepare raw shrimp by blanching it slightly in salt water.
STEP 3/4
Put chili oil in a heated pan and add minced garlic to give it a slight stir-fry. Stir-fry vegetables and shrimp quickly over high heat in chili oil with minced garlic. When the vegetables are stir-fried, add drained spaghetti noodles and spicy oyster sauce and soy sauce to stir-fry them so that the seasoning can soak. For those who don't have spicy oyster sauce, you can add the ratio of the two heads to the oyster sauce 1:1.
STEP 4/4
Lastly, add the cut enoki mushrooms and mix them
