STEP 1/4
Prepare a thick, large enamel pot as the milk may boil over. Mix sugar with milk and bring to a boil over a gas fire. Boil the gas over medium heat, and when the milk bubbles up, reduce the heat to low and boil it by stirring it with a whisk or rubber spatula so that it does not burn.
STEP 3/4
Boil for 30 to 40 minutes and stir to reduce to a pretty beauty. Put it on the back of the spoon and test it with your finger. If it doesn't flow like the picture, it's done. Boil it over medium heat and low heat to make it faster, but then milk bubbles can come up and overflow. I put the portable gas in front of the TV, watched the TV, stirred it occasionally, and stirred it often after about 30 minutes. If you add more sugar to the milk, add vanilla bean, and boil it for 40 to 50 minutes, it becomes a delicious milk jam.
STEP 4/4
When storing, put it in a sterilized bottle after hot water and put it in the refrigerator and eat it quickly. It takes some time to make it, but the ingredients are simple and I think it's good for handling milk that's about to expire, and it's so good that you don't have to buy the stinky condensed milk that you buy every time you throw it away. Make fresh condensed milk without additives and use it deliciously in various foods.
