Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Peel the radishes and cut them into big chunks, and marinate them for about an hour with thick salt (1 tablespoon) and cider (1/2 cup).
STEP 2/4
Chop the green onion (fourth root) and make the sauce according to the amount.
STEP 3/4
Pour out the pickled radish cider for about an hour, rinse it in running water, and mix it with chopped green onions and sauce.
STEP 4/4
Put it in a container and cook it at room temperature for about a day and refrigerate it to finish. Kkakdugi tastes better when cooked.
If you pickle the radish for too long, it won't be crunchy and it will be hard. So, you just need to marinate it for an hour.
