Jamie Oliver's Vanilla Sugar Making
Vanilla sugar that can be easily made anytime with a high-performance food processor, sugar, and vanilla bean at home.
6 serving
Within 5 minutes
Ingredients
  • white sugar
    200g
  • Vanilla bean
    1ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, add vanilla beans, rinds, and sugar after halving the gala seeds in a food processor. If you don't want to put the skin in, I think you can skip the skin.
STEP 2/4
Grind it finely in a food processor and sift it once more, and then grind the large grains again a couple of times.
STEP 3/4
Get off the sieve and grind the large grains separately a couple of times to make Jamie Oliver's vanilla sugar.
STEP 4/4
Vanilla sugar, which smells so good, has been completed quickly. Vanilla scent is a must for baking. It smells so good compared to vanilla oil. I think it'll be really useful if you make it like this when you have time.
