Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
The dough and the first fermentation are done with a baking machine. The dough from the baking machine was divided into two pieces, covered with plastic, and fermented for 15 minutes.
STEP 2/5
After the medium fermentation, I pushed the dough wide, ripped the cheddar cheese with my hands, put it on top of the dough, and rolled it. I saw cheddar cheese coming up, so I put it in. If you don't have a requirement, you can skip it.
STEP 3/5
Put the rolled dough in a bread mold and ferment it in a warm place for about 45-50 minutes. The photo that's been fermented is on the right. It came up well, right?
STEP 4/5
I applied milk water and baked it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 35 minutes. Each household has different oven specifications, so bake it at a reduced time and temperature.

Can you see the cheddar cheese stuck in the bread?? Next time, I'll put in more cheddar cheese. Our Bbangdori really liked it.
Remove milk and cream cheese to room temperature beforehand. You can add butter instead of cream cheese.
