The dough and the first fermentation are done with a baking machine. The dough from the baking machine was divided into two pieces, covered with plastic, and fermented for 15 minutes.
STEP 2/5
After the medium fermentation, I pushed the dough wide, ripped the cheddar cheese with my hands, put it on top of the dough, and rolled it. I saw cheddar cheese coming up, so I put it in. If you don't have a requirement, you can skip it.
Remove milk and cream cheese to room temperature beforehand.
You can add butter instead of cream cheese.
