Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cream the butter and cream cheese in a bowl that was previously taken out at room temperature with a whisk. Add sugar and salt and cream again. Many people use sugar powder instead of sugar. Add egg yolks and cream again, then add 3 to 4 drops of vanilla essence and mix.

Sift the flour and almond powder. Add the parsley powder and mix it roughly with a # ruler like cutting with a spatula. Mix it so that you can see the powder slightly.

You can put it flat in a zipper bag and put it in a tissue. Roll it like this and put it in a plastic bag and rest it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
