It's better to prepare the rest of the ingredients while the gelatin is soaked.

While gelatin is called, measure the pulp and juice. Add sugar to juice and stir until sugar dissolves.

Put the pulp to your liking in the prepared container. I put the pulp at the bottom of the ice bottle, but that picture is missing.

Mix well with spatula or whisk, adding the prepared juice to the medium-hot gelatin solution. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to finish.

Put jelly liquid in the prepared mold. When you put it in an ice bottle, you can even put in the perforation line. Enough not to overflow with an ice bar stick. Put it in the freezer like this. It freezes in about two and a half hours. And the jelly in the jelly mold. There's a way to make sure that the pulp doesn't go down. When we first prepared it, we filled the mold with the pulp. In that state, put only 1/3 of the jelly liquid and store it in the refrigerator to soak the pulp. It hardens quickly in about 30 minutes It's not a lot. Take it out, put the remaining amount of jelly liquid, put it in the refrigerator, and harden it for more than 3 hours
