Microwave bacon for 1 minute, drain oil and squeeze into a kitchen towel, chop kimchi into small pieces, slice garlic into pieces, and slice onions and green peppers.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and cut garlic into pieces and stir-fry it sweetly to give the oil the smell of garlic. I added a tablespoon of butter later on. If you put butter in kimchi fried rice, it is savory and delicious.

Add all the ingredients and stir-fry them

Stir-fry kimchi over medium heat until it is soft. I added 0.5 tbsp of salt. Add or decrease salt according to kimchi seasoning.

Add cold rice and mix it well, and if the ingredients are mixed well, raise the heat and stir-fry it on high heat, the rice looks a little pressed, and the moisture volatilizes and the fried rice becomes sticky. At the end, add a lot of sesame salt and sprinkle with pepper.

Put it in a bowl, put it around the seaweed flakes fried rice, and put it on top of it's done
It's delicious if you slice cheddar cheese on top of fried rice.
