Ingredients
  • edible flower
    6piece
  • Water
    2cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
To make lotus tea, I picked all the lotus flowers in one bite.
STEP 2/5
There are these small children(?) together in the pretty lotus flower, so I washed them gently under running water. The washed lotus leaves drained.
STEP 3/5
It was dry at 60 degrees for about 4 hours. Two hours later, I changed the plate of the dryer back up and down.
STEP 4/5
Even if you dry it, the color of the lotus leaf remains the same, right?
STEP 5/5
The dried lotus leaves are wrapped in Korean paper to prevent the smell, then wrapped in foil again, refrigerated and frozen in a zipper pack. I put the soon-to-eat lotus leaves in a glass bottle and refrigerated, and the rest in a Korean paper --> foil --> zipper bag and stored in the freezer.
