STEP 1/3
Put sugar, salt, and vinegar in a pot and melt them over heat. You can heat it up in the microwave. If you have lemon juice, you can add a little. Mix about a tablespoon of sushi vinegar in a bowl of hot rice. I heated up cold rice and used it. When mixing, you have to fan it to remove moisture so that it doesn't get sticky and becomes glossy sushi. Soak the flying fish eggs in orange juice. It removes the smell and fishy smell and makes it look prettier. Sushi is much fresher and tastes better.
STEP 2/3
Prepare cucumbers by slicing them thinly from top to bottom with a potato peeler. Mix rice with sushi candles to make sushi, then gather a little and wrap it around with cucumbers (If you put sushi candles on your hands, rice grains won't get on you)
STEP 3/3
Tuna-flying fish roe-radish order (you can mix a little mayonnaise with tuna if you like) That's it. It's really simple. In the same way, instead of canned tuna, you can season it with chili sauce, chili oil, and mayonnaise and put it on top of it. Also, for children who can't eat spicy food, it's good to put it on a regular can of tuna or crab meat after mixing it with mayonnaise.
