STEP 1/12
I made 6 hamburger buns with 1 bag of bread mix. After the first fermentation in the baking machine, take it out, divide it into six equal parts, and then rest for a while, heat the oven, put boiling water in a cup, add the dough, ferment it for 30 to 40 minutes, apply milk to the top, and bake it in a 180-degree preheated convection oven for 18 minutes.
STEP 2/12
I defrost a pack of pollack, prepare other ingredients
STEP 3/12
When the pollack was half melted, I ground it finely with a hand blender.
STEP 4/12
Mix finely ground pollack, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl
STEP 5/12
Make it round and put flour egg bread crumbs on it
STEP 6/12
You can cook it in a well-oiled pan until golden brown.
STEP 7/12
The patty was thick, so I closed the lid and cooked it for a while. If you want to fry the sides brown because it's low in oil, you can tilt the pan into a corner and fry it.
STEP 8/12
Wash vegetables, drain, and prepare various other whiskers.
STEP 9/12
Put the tartar sauce ingredients in a blender and spin it for a while to complete the tartar sauce.
STEP 10/12
It looks a little watery with the onions, but in no time, the tartar sauce is complete.
STEP 11/12
Put vegetables on hamburger bread, patty, pickle and tartar sauce, cover with cheddar cheese and cover.
STEP 12/12
The Whishburger is done.
