Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Trim green garlic (3 to 4 stems), wash it clean, cut it sideways, and blanch it slightly in salt water.
STEP 2/5
Squeeze the water out of the blanched green garlic and shake it off with a kitchen towel.
STEP 3/5
Cut the squid, blanch it with salt in boiling water, and cool it to remove moisture.
STEP 4/5
Season with squid, green garlic and seasoning.
STEP 5/5
Finish with the whole thing.
