STEP 1/7
Peel and shred the potatoes
STEP 2/7
When it boils, turn off the heat, close the lid, leave it for 3 minutes, and then take out the potatoes
STEP 3/7
While the potatoes drain, shred the onions and carrots Carrots are shredded much thinner than potatoes, so they cook faster
STEP 4/7
Heat the pan over low heat, add oil, and stir-fry onions first, then add carrots
STEP 5/7
Remove the water from the shredded potatoes, add salt, and stir-fry it together
STEP 6/7
Don't just put in curry powder. Strain it through a sieve and stir-fry it. If you put in curry powder, it'll get lumpy, so strain it through a sieve
STEP 7/7
Since it's a slightly cooked potato, you don't have to cook it for a long time. If you stir-fry it, the way to make stir-fried potatoes is over!!!
