Wash peaches in running water.

Remove the skin from the peaches and cut them into appropriate sizes.

Pour water into a pot, add sugar and salt, and bring to a boil. I used 4 cups of water as a paper cup.

Add the peaches and cook with the pot lid open. When it boils a little bit, reduce the heat and boil it down. Remove any bubbles that float in between.

When the juice of braised peaches is small, remove from the heat.

Place braised peaches in a bowl.
Peaches taste best when left at room temperature,
It is easy to deteriorate, so it is good to keep it in a cool and well-ventilated place and eat it.
