Stir-fry pecans in an oilless pan and cut them thickly, cut cranberries in half, and cut onions into small pieces.

Put the drained tuna into a bowl and crush it into small pieces.

Add all the chopped ingredients to this and mix with mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Place the multigrain bread in an oil-free pan and toast it and let it cool. Put a lot of filling on the bread, add a few blueberries, and cover it with another bread.

Some of them are open sandwiches. I like eating it like this more than covering it with bread.
