Soak gelatin powder with cold water. You can use pangelatin, but powder gelatin is easier. If you don't have gelatin, you can also use agar powder.

If you put soy milk in the prepared container, you're done! Cover and leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. If you put some nuts on top of the pudding, it looks pretty and tastes good. (Almonds, walnuts, and dried cranberries are all good!)
