Soy milk pudding
It's a healthy dessert that's easy to make with soy milk and gelatin because it's chewy.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Soak gelatin powder with cold water. You can use pangelatin, but powder gelatin is easier. If you don't have gelatin, you can also use agar powder.
STEP 2/3
Put a pack of soy milk (190ml) and 1T of sugar in a pot. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in warm soy milk over a gas fire.
STEP 3/3
If you put soy milk in the prepared container, you're done! Cover and leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. If you put some nuts on top of the pudding, it looks pretty and tastes good. (Almonds, walnuts, and dried cranberries are all good!)
