STEP 1/8
It's not an exaggeration to say that the taste of the soup determines Udon..
You can make udon soup easily~~
First of all.. It dries up in waterAdd shima and leave it for about 10 minutes, boil it over high heat for 5 minutes, then remove the kelp and remove it from the heat~~
STEP 2/8
Add a lot of gas obushi and leave it for about 10 minutes to make a savory gas obushi soup~~
STEP 3/8
It's not boiling over the fire.. I'm just putting the gas ovens in there~~
STEP 4/8
After about 10 minutes, strain the soup through a sieve and get the clear gas obushi soup~~
STEP 5/8
Add soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ginger liquor, pepper, and salt to the soup~~
Don't season lightly. You have to season it lightly~~
If you have tuna liquid, it'll taste better if you add a little bit of tuna liquid~^^
Put this udon soup in the refrigerator and let it cool..
STEP 6/8
You just have to cook the udon noodles before you eat them~~
STEP 7/8
If you boil the udon noodles, take a cold shower and drain the water...
STEP 8/8
Put the noodles in a bowl.. Pour the cold udon soup in the refrigerator and add garnish (boiled egg, cucumber salad, seaweed powder, etc.) to your liking~~
