STEP 1/4
Prepare yogurt, mango, and pangelatin and soak in a bowl with 3 cups of cold water or ice water for 10 minutes.

Remove the soaked gelatin, squeeze the water out, place it in a pot, stir it over high heat with a whisk for 5 seconds, and when the gelatin becomes liquid, remove the pot from the heat and mix well with plain yogurt and 1/2 tablespoon of honey.

Cut mangoes into small pieces, add oligosaccharides or honey, mix them, and put them in a container.
STEP 4/4
Pour mixture of yogurt, gelatin and honey, stir slightly, and harden in refrigerator for 2 hours.
