Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the onions and bell peppers into small pieces, oil the pan, stir-fry the onions transparently, then add the bell peppers and stir-fry them a couple of times.

Add moderately sliced salmon and stir-fry very lightly.
STEP 3/4
Add rice and stir-fry evenly and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/4
In a heart-shaped bowl, press the rice tightly, cover the plate, and place it inside out. On top of that, make an egg soboro and place it on top. You can sprinkle ketchup to your liking.
