Making rolled omelet
I tried making a pretty egg roll. I've introduced how to make rolled omelet from time to time to time. Looking at it, I think it's one of the side dishes that I enjoy making as many egg rolls as I can.

STEP 1/4
Today, I made summer dinner side dishes using only enoki mushrooms and chopped green onions. I use enoki mushrooms, which children like, as my own side dish that I often use. Add the right amount of salt and pepper to your liking. If you add a spoon of mirin or cooking wine, you can show your family how to make egg rolls more deliciously. Mince all the ingredients and mix well with the eggs.

Enoki mushrooms and chopped green onions need to be cooked well, so it's better to leave them on low heat for a long time. If you do it on medium heat, the outside burns so quickly that you slowly cook it from low heat to the inside!! I guess I'm more patient now. Now I'm waiting in front of the fire. There's nothing like egg rolls for summer dinner
