Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I'm going to use the pretty shape as a bowl, so I separated the top part with a lid. The slightly bumpy thing is that I cut it in half to put it in porridge and fried rice, dug it out, peeled it, and cut it for each purpose

Add two cups of water to the thickly sliced pumpkin, boil it, and grind it finely. (When you grind sweet pumpkin, you have to add a little bit of water to grind it well.)

Put the ground sweet pumpkin in a pot and add about 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent the bottom from sticking, then season with sugar and salt.

Mix glutinous rice in cold water, put it in a pot, mix it evenly, and turn off the heat to make pumpkin porridge!

Remove the filling of the pumpkin for the bowl, turn it upside down in a steamer, steam it for 8-10 minutes, and cool it down.

Grease the pan and add the chopped ash. Stir-fry the hardest sweet pumpkin, then add onions, bell peppers, and chicken breasts and stir-fry slightly.

Add rice, season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil, and stir-fry evenly to complete the fried rice!

A well-steamed pumpkin bowl was filled with fried rice and porridge. If you put pine nuts on the porridge, it's savory and looks good
When you are lazy or having a hard time making a bird's egg, you can taste the chewy glutinous rice throughout the meal by boiling it with a lump.
