Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Wash chicken legs clean and marinate with curry powder for 30 minutes.
STEP 2/13
Cut the tomato into a + shape
STEP 3/13
Blanch in boiling water and peel. There is no such inconvenience when using Holtomato (canned) products.
STEP 4/13
Please prepare potatoes, onions, carrots, and paprika. You can put eggplants, zucchini, pumpkin, etc. in here.
STEP 5/13
Spices that must be included in Western stew dishes~ It's bay leaf and time. If you buy bay leaves, they are very useful for boiled pork.
STEP 6/13
Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces and cut the rest of the vegetables into appropriate sizes. The shape is not very important because all the moist vegetables are crushed and hard to form.
STEP 7/13
Place the chicken in a heated pan with olive oil and cook over medium heat until golden brown on the outside. It doesn't have to be cooked inside. Just cook the surface until golden brown. I'm going to cook it again in an electric pressure rice cooker.
STEP 8/13
The standard I learned is to fry olive oil and vegetables in a frying pan and then add the broth and boil it for a long time.. It's hot.. I feel pressured to keep waiting in front of the fire.. I did it in a pressure rice cooker. In fact, they often use pressure rice cookers in places that serve large amounts of food, such as buffets. Put all the vegetables in the electric pressure cooker at once. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, too.
STEP 9/13
I'm going to add grilled chicken...
STEP 10/13
Add salt, sugar, thyme, laurel, pepper, cheddar cheese and wine. The amount of wine is slightly different for each chef.. Usually, they boil it in a pot and blow away the alcohol.. It's an electric pressure rice cooker.. I put in a little bit. The chef I learned a long time ago put in almost a whole. Cook for 40-50 minutes using the universal steaming function of the electric pressure rice cooker. I cooked pork for 40 minutes last time.. I think it'll be okay to do it for 40 minutes.
STEP 11/13
It's done. I put in raw tomatoes.. There's a lot of water.
STEP 12/13
If you like something with a lot of soup.. You can eat it like this. The soup is really good. It is light and delicious because it is completely vegetable and chicken broth.
STEP 13/13
If you want to dip it in bread, put it in a pot and boil it down.

I really enjoyed the food. :) I didn't know if the wine was white or red, so I put in red wine and it's delicious!! I didn't put in potatoes, I put in celery and zucchini, but it was okay
