The life of budae jjigae is in canned ham and Vienna sausage.
Please prepare plenty. The traditional budae jjigae restaurant uses budae meat, so just put frozen beef at home.
It tastes better with kimchi.

Please prepare ramen.

Slice the onion thinly, cut the ham into bite-size pieces, and slice the green onion and red pepper diagonally.

Make the sauce with 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and a little pepper powder. You can just put it in when the stew boils.
