Cooking Steps

I washed the properly grown bean sprouts and put them on top of the rice.

Stir in brown rice and bean sprouts and put them in a bowl.

Seasoning is important for bean sprout rice. I made it with Joseon soy sauce, but you can make it with dark soy sauce.
STEP 4/6
I will cut the leaves of the ripe young radish kimchi and put it in when I mix the rice.
STEP 5/6
Add the sauce, add the leaves of the young radish kimchi, and rub it.
