As soon as I received it, I poured flour and rubbed it gently to wash the sucker and blanch it in boiling water for a while. The part where the body and legs are connected is thick, so it takes more time to blanch and the legs are all blanched when they shrink.

Cook the rice thoroughly, add the blended vinegar, and mix lightly. I held the rice with my hands to make it long and put wasabi on the octopus with my finger.

I put sliced octopus on top of the rice and turned it around with a stem of chamnamul. When the water in the pot boils, add a little salt, add the stalks of chamnamul and blanch slightly.
