It's really delicious when freshly cooked, but it's not delicious once it's in the refrigerator. It's fried seaweed rolls made with leftover japchae after the holidays.

Ingredients
  • Japchae
  • dried seaweed for kimbap
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • a restaurant
    1spoon
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • parsley powder
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Heat the japchae in the refrigerator in an ungreased frying pan. Japchae is already seasoned, so it doesn't matter if you don't season it separately, but it feels bland when you wrap it with seaweed. So I added a bit more seasoning. 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon per dish. It's good if you adjust it to the point where it's slightly salty and sweet.
STEP 2/4
Roll the japchae on top of the laver.
STEP 3/4
Mix the ingredients to make a batter. I don't have flour or flour at home, so I made a batter with starch.
STEP 4/4
Dip it in the seaweed roll and fry it.
