Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please take out the injeolmi in the freezer and defrost it naturally.
STEP 2/5
If you have any leftover hotteok jam mix after making it with hotteok mix, just use it. If you don't have it, add brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and chopped nuts and mix it.

Let injeolmi spread in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
STEP 4/5
Shape the injeolmi into a circle and add the hotteok jam mix. Cover it with another injeolmi and press down on the edges so that the hotteok jam mix doesn't come out
STEP 5/5
Bake injeolmi hotteok back and forth over low heat until golden brown. If you have a hotteok presser, you can press it lightly.
