STEP 1/7
Shall we prepare octopus first? I put a medium-sized octopus in a bowl, removed the eyeballs with scissors, and turned the octopus head upside down to remove the mess. Put the white eggs in a bowl. Add flour to the octopus and wash off the flakes in the adsorption area. Rinse it gently, add flour again, rub it gently, and wash it thoroughly.
STEP 2/7
Cut the octopus in the bath in moderation and mix it with seasoning.
STEP 3/7
I'll prepare the octopus seasoning and shred the onions.
STEP 4/7
Corn rice - cooked rice with corn in the freezer. You can cook the rice water as usual.
STEP 5/7
Boil the slightly boiled bean sprouts, onion, octopus seasoning, and ponytail in a cauldron lid. The soup tastes cool, too.
STEP 6/7
If you cook the octopus for too long, it will get tough, so I took out the octopus first and added an extra one for the arrogant one. We ate octopus and bean sprouts. It's delicious. Freshness comes first when it comes to seafood. I don't know anything else, but seafood must be fresh.
STEP 7/7
At the end, I made fried rice with rice, vegetables, seaweed, perilla oil, and fried rice.
