Cooking Steps

I'm going to prepare the ripe quince in yellow by cutting the skin. We always used clean veggies to prepare for perfect cleaning. After soaking the quince in water, pour 2 cups into the lid of the clean veggie and leave it for about 15 minutes. And I cut it in half and applied the seeds in the middle.

The seeded quince was sliced thinly and placed 2kg of sugar between the quince and stored in the refrigerator.

After a day, I was out of breath and the quince juice came out and sank.

Divide back into small Glax Rock containers and place 200g of sugar on top. If you store it in small pieces, you don't have to open and close the lid often, so it's good because it doesn't go bad easily.

Close the lid tightly and boil it for tea after about a week in the refrigerator. If you add too little sugar, it will easily spoil and ferment. Add quince and sugar in equal amounts.

You can boil hot water in a pot and scoop a spoonful of quince and make it into tea, but I made it at a slow cooker. It definitely comes out well from here. I put 400g of quince tea in 4 liters of water and made it overnight.
