Ingredients
  • a bird's-eye shell
  • instant rice
  • Wasabi
  • plum extract
    1/2TS
  • Vinegar
    1TS
  • Sesame
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Boil water in a pot and blanch the cockles for about 10 seconds.
STEP 2/4
Add the blended vinegar and mix while gently spreading the rice.
STEP 3/4
Make a shape by lightly clenching the sushi with your fist. You can use the sushi mold.
STEP 4/4
Put a little wasabi on the inside of the blanched cockle and put it on top of the sushi stably, and it's done.
