STEP 1/3
Dip the back ribs in cold water for an hour or two, drain enough blood, season them, put them in a slow cooker, adjust them to the river, and leave them for 2 hours, and they are well cooked. And I prepared barbecue sauce, hot sauce, onions, and garlic from hot topics. (You can make barbecue sauce or buy it at the mart.)
STEP 2/3
Put the onions and garlic in a hand blender and chop them into small pieces, add the amount of barbecue sauce and half a cup of water, and boil them. Turn off the heat when the onions and garlic cook gently and the sauce becomes sticky. You can just spread the barbecue sauce and grill it, but if you always put onions and garlic in the meat, it tastes good and it's good for your health.
STEP 3/3
I put the sauce on the tenderly cooked back ribs and marinated them for about 2 hours. So that the sauce goes into the flesh. Then bake in a 180-degree convection oven for 15 minutes, apply the remaining sauce again, and bake for 10 minutes. (The meat is fully cooked, so just boil the sauce dryly in the oven hot air.)
