Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Disinfect the glass bottle in boiling water and dry it. Mix strawberries with unrefined brown sugar and monsieur in a pot
STEP 2/4
If you boil a mixture of strawberries and unrefined brown sugar in a pot over medium heat until sugar melts, a lot of water is created. Bring to a boil over low heat when the sugar is completely melted. Mix it once or twice in between and remove any foam
STEP 3/4
If you boil it a little more, the water decreases and the desired concentration comes out. Add lemon juice and boil a little more, and turn off the heat when the spoon is ready to run. When it cools down, the concentration gets thicker, so the flow is perfect
STEP 4/4
If you make a sweet waffle and put a strawberry bean pot on it, it tastes so good
