I washed and blanched the wild vegetables and seasoned them with seasoning. (Red pepper paste, garlic, sesame seeds, perilla oil, and bean powder)
STEP 2/3
Mangcho namul, 2 violets, 1 dried azalea petal, dried strawberries and yellow plum leaves, I put a bit of mangcho vegetables on top of rice and 2 violets.
