STEP 1/13
Cut the black part of the top part of the cake sheet and cut it into 3 pieces
STEP 2/13
Wash the strawberries that will go inside and cut them into bite-size pieces, and prepare a pack regardless of the number. Just eat what's leftovers.
STEP 3/13
Mix 500ml of whipped cream (700ml) gently (left), and prepare the remaining 200ml firmly (right).
STEP 4/13
First, apply enough syrup to one sheet, and make syrup by mixing 2T of water and 1T of sugar.
STEP 5/13
After applying a bit of soft cream, put the strawberries on top,
STEP 6/13
Put a little bit of whipped cream on top of it, put the sheet on top, and then make the same sheet repeatedly like syrup -> fresh cream -> strawberry -> fresh cream -> sheet.
STEP 7/13
If you're done sanding, put syrup on the top sheet and put on hard whipped cream.
STEP 8/13
Apply a solid whipped cream on the side to shape it. When you apply a solid whipped cream, you don't need to apply it firmly and prettily. Just apply it until it's clean.
STEP 9/13
After applying a lot of soft cream
STEP 10/13
Apply a lot of soft whipped cream on the side so that you can't see the bread, and in this process, you have to clean the side and the top.
STEP 11/13
If you're done with the side, let's put the ones that are sticking out inwards with a spatula.
STEP 12/13
And squeeze the whipped cream by inserting a circular or star-shaped tip on the rim. You can do the strawberry decoration like that, and it's pretty if you put a bit of cream on top of Keith's chocolate. The crown tag is next to it, but it's prettier if you put it up a little.
STEP 13/13
After putting it on the cake rack, squeeze the bottom edge as if it were squeezed on top. If you apply polish to strawberries to make them shiny, the strawberries will be fresher and prettier in shape.
When you icing, apply the hard one first to shape it, and then apply the soft cream on top to icing. So I made soft cream and hard cream separately. You can mix less soft whipped cream and more hard whipped cream. For unsweetened whipped cream, add about 10% of the amount of whipped cream and mix it. Whipped sweet cream without sugar. Make sure to mix whipped cream as soon as you take it out of the refrigerator because the colder it is, the better the foam comes up. If you dip it in ice water and mix it, it will bubble up faster.
