Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put water in a pot, add chopped radish, anchovies, and dried kelp, and when it starts to boil, boil over medium low heat for about 7 minutes to make savory anchovy broth.
STEP 2/8
Cut the fish cake into long pieces and cut the cheongyang pepper and green onion diagonally,
STEP 3/8
When the broth is made, leave the radish as it is and take out only anchovies and kelp.
STEP 4/8
There's a ramen that doesn't have soup in it. Add one and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/8
When the noodles are half cooked, add fish cake.
STEP 6/8
Season it with soy sauce and salt. It tastes better if you add a little pepper to your taste.
STEP 7/8
Boil the noodles until they are fully cooked.
STEP 8/8
Add green onions and hot pepper and turn off the heat.
