Ingredients
  • a semi-dried rockfish
  • grape seed oil
  • Soy sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
It's a semi-dried rockfish that's been trimmed and slightly dried, so there's nothing to do at home again.
STEP 2/6
The semi-dried rockfish may have a little seasoning, but I added a little grape seed oil and soy sauce and made it into an oil sauce. You don't have to make it, but it's an oil sauce made to enjoy it, so you can just grill rockfish..
STEP 3/6
Put oil on the half-dried rockfish
STEP 4/6
I baked it in the oven. You can grill it on a gas stove. I think a regular oven should be baked at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. The specifications are different for each oven, so please adjust the temperature and time.
STEP 5/6
Finished with golden, well-roasted semi-dried rockfish.
STEP 6/6
You can eat it with the sauce depending on your taste.
