Making pork belly tteokbokki
It's a bit bland to just eat tteokbokki, so I made it with the leftover pork belly. Pork belly tteokbokki is good as a snack and as a snack... Don't worry about the pork belly oil and enjoy it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
For pork belly, put 1 tablespoon of refined rice wine in boiling water and blanch it slightly to remove the fat. Dip tteokbokki rice cake in boiling water to make it soft. Mix 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, and a little bit of sesame oil.Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a heated pen. (If you stir-fry it on high heat, the sauce may burn, so be careful.)
