Cooking Steps

Mix 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, and a little bit of sesame oil.Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a heated pen. (If you stir-fry it on high heat, the sauce may burn, so be careful.)
