Place parchment paper in a prepared mold or oil it, put 70% of it in the surface, make a smooth surface, draw a crack in the middle with an oiled spatula, and bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes. If it swells too much in the middle of baking and becomes dark, you can cover it with foil and bake it.
