Caramel Marble Pound Cake with Sweet Caramel Cream

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
First gently dissolve the butter at room temperature, then add the sugar and mix. Whip the beaten eggs into the softened butter, little by little. Add the sifted powder and milk to knead.
STEP 2/3
Take half of the white dough and mix with the caramel cream. Add the caramel dough to the white dough and mix it until it forms a marble.
STEP 3/3
Place parchment paper in a prepared mold or oil it, put 70% of it in the surface, make a smooth surface, draw a crack in the middle with an oiled spatula, and bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes. If it swells too much in the middle of baking and becomes dark, you can cover it with foil and bake it.
