STEP 1/13
Please wash the rice and get it out. You can call me.. I just used it because I'm going to cook in a pressure cooker. If you want to cook pot rice, make sure to soak it for 30 minutes.
STEP 2/13
These are fresh abalone and shiitake mushrooms that I bought at Garak Market today.
STEP 3/13
Do you know how to prepare abalone? Use a spoon to separate the skin from the flesh of abalone. Be careful not to break your guts at this time.
STEP 4/13
This is an abalone that's been removed. The part shown is the abalone gut. Please separate it well so that the intestines don't burst with a knife.
STEP 5/13
If you remove the intestines, cut off the mouth part shown in the picture.
STEP 6/13
We will also use abalone intestines. Slice the abalone and shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 7/13
Put sesame oil on a heated pan and stir-fry the abalone intestines and abalone well. At this time, pop the intestines.
Stir-fry the rice a little bit, too.
STEP 8/13
Put rice, abalone, and shiitake mushrooms in the pot and add 1 cup and a half of rice water. I grabbed less water than usual because there are shiitake mushrooms. I pressed the white rice course of the pressure rice cooker and cooked it. Well, it's so simple.^^
STEP 9/13
While the rice was being cooked, the ginkgo was fried in a heated pan.
STEP 10/13
Peel the baked ginkgo using a kitchen towel.
STEP 11/13
And please make soy sauce with nutritional chives. Chop the chives and cheongyang peppers into small pieces and mix them well with soy sauce and sesame oil.
STEP 12/13
While making soy sauce, the rice is ready.^^
STEP 13/13
After putting a little bit of nutritional chives to make it easy to eat, I picked abalone with chopsticks and put it on top. It's a bit... It's a bit sticky.Lol. I'd like some spicy soy sauce, too.
